Clyde was educated at Central Manchester College of Technology
and Oxford Brookes University in England and holds an Honors

specializing in environmental design and impact assessment/
management. He is the owner of a development planning, environmental
and architectural consultancy. He previously worked
with the TCI Government for over 25 years; seven as Director of
Development Planning during the greatest explosion of infrastructure
development in the TCI.
