POLAND<br />
In September, C.A.R. welcomed a trade mission from the<br />
Warsaw Real Estate Brokers’ Association. In addition to a tour<br />
of C.A.R., the visiting delegation learned about C.A.R. and our<br />
Industry Partners, how our MLS works with the Association,<br />
and how real estate financing works for individuals to purchase<br />
property here. The Global Real Estate Council also treated<br />
them to lunch at Cliff Dwellers.<br />

The Global Real Estate Council has<br />
been awarded Global Gold Status by<br />
the National Association of REALTORS ®<br />
for their accomplishments in <strong>2016</strong>, with<br />
particular accolades given to the council’s<br />
growth in outreach and marketing efforts!<br />
The NAR Global Achievement Program is<br />
designed to recognize and reward the most active<br />
associations in global business. Each Council is evaluated in five<br />
focus areas: Communication, Community Outreach, Membership<br />
Value Creation, Education, and Media Outreach/Social Media.<br />
