A ShortCut To Your<br />

Fitness Goals?<br />

It’s that time of year again where food and drinks are flowing abundantly and<br />

New Year resolutions will soon be in full swing. But before you jump back on<br />

your health and fitness regime, consider adding a regimen that will help you<br />

{attain your fitness goals faster and make you feel like a million bucks.<br />

Sound too good to be true? Well<br />

it’s not! It’s called Cellular Cleansing.<br />

Cleansing has a huge range of<br />

health benefits, but for the sake of<br />

this article I am going to focus on<br />

the benefits of Cellular Cleansing<br />

paired with Intermittent Fasting.<br />

These two practices put together<br />

will turn your body in to a fat burning<br />

machine and the rid your body of<br />

the toxins that are keeping you from<br />

reaching your fitness goals.<br />

When I say cleansing, most people<br />

probably think drinking a lemonade<br />

type drink for 14 days, and when I say<br />

fasting people usually think of “starvation.”<br />

It’s neither of those. Traditional<br />

“cleanses” will strip or deplete your<br />

body with use of laxatives or diuretics<br />

and leave you feeling weak and lethargic.<br />

However, cleansing at the cellular<br />

level helps your body release<br />

un-wanted toxins in a safe and<br />

efficient manner. (I can assure<br />

you that you won’t be<br />

needing to sit on the potty<br />

all day long!) These toxins<br />

that have built up in your<br />

system are most likely the<br />

culprits that make you<br />

feel lethargic, bloated, fat,<br />

sleepy, puffy, etc. In turn,<br />

the toxins then make it<br />

much harder for you to<br />

lose weight. It’s fighting<br />

an uphill battle. If you can<br />

remove these toxins that<br />

are brought on by bad eating<br />

habits, pollution and environmental<br />

factors your body<br />

will be much more effective at metabolizing<br />

food and burning fat. Now take Cellular<br />

Cleansing and add in the practice of Intermittent<br />

Fasting (also known as IF) and the<br />

results are simply amazing! IF is simply<br />

cutting back on calories for a shortened<br />

or extended period of time in order to give<br />

your digestive system a break. By doing so<br />

IF helps reset your body to burn fat for fuel<br />

by increasing growth hormone levels.<br />

After having my 3nd child 7 months ago<br />

I’ve been Intermittent Fasting religiously<br />

and I can honestly say it has made getting<br />

back in shape not too painful! This is not<br />

just a short term fix for me, it’s something<br />

that I will do the rest of my life. Not only<br />

because it has helped whip me back into<br />

shape but because of the amazing natural<br />

energy it gives me along with a host of other<br />

amazing benefits! The results have not<br />

only been incredible for me but for many<br />

others as well. Take “Jane” who has not lost<br />

a single pound in over 6 months despite<br />

eating clean and working out daily. After<br />

incorporating Cellular Cleansing and Intermittent<br />

Fasting into her regimen she lost<br />

5 pounds in the first week and feels better<br />
