TH: Managing what you eat is probably<br />

THE MOST effective way to manage<br />

your weight and health, in general. It is<br />

said that weight loss is 70-80% nutrition<br />

and 20-30% exercise. The fact <strong>of</strong> the<br />

matter is that you can’t out-exercise a<br />

bad diet. So you may be burning 600<br />

calories in Spin Class, but you won’t<br />

see desired results if you’re still eating<br />

processed, fried or fast foods. My<br />

favorite tasty snacks are portioncontrolled<br />

nuts, berries and Greek<br />

yogurt.
