Celebrating 2016 Customer Service Week in Style<br />

Ken<strong>Trad</strong>e was one of the many customer focused institutions<br />

that celebrated the annual global customer service week themed<br />

“Listening To Our Customers” that was celebrated from 3 - 7<br />

October, 2016.<br />

The week-long event provided the on customer service and the<br />

vital role it plays in successful business practice and overall growth<br />

of the institution. Different activities were lined up including raffles,<br />

goodies distributed to customers at random, job swaps, dressingdown<br />

with climax being a motivational speech and cake cutting.<br />

Customer Service Week is an international celebration of the<br />

importance of customer service and of the people who serve and<br />

support customers on a daily basis.<br />

Institutions that participate in Customer Service Week carry out<br />

special activities to highlight the importance of great customer<br />

experiences to the success of the organization and reinforce a<br />

customer-focused culture.<br />

In Kenya the climax event and award ceremony to celebrate<br />

participating companies was held on October 7th 2016 at Sarova<br />

Panafric Hotel, Nairobi<br />
