I am a specialist qualified personal fitness
instructor for older adults available to visit
you and help keep you fit and moving.
Exercise in groups or one to one. Improve
your physical and mental health, reduce the
risk of disease and illness and have fun!
Sessions involve cardio, strengthening,
stretching and balance exercises including
some Pilates and yoga.
Also qualified to instruct in pre and post
natal fitness and personal training.
