The United European Gastroenterology Federation (UEGF) and
the World Gastroenterology Organization (WGO) have joined
forces to launch a truly unique event, GASTRO 2009 UEGW/
WCOG, to be held in London in November 2009. This landmark
congress blends the annual United European Gastroenterology
Week 2009 and the World Congresses of Gastroenterology,
the latter having been due to be held in Europe this year.
Two additional major organizations, the World Organisation of
Digestive Endoscopy (OMED) and the British Society of Gastroenterology
(BSG), are also participating to accomplish a model
partnership that will bring you the very latest and best on every
aspect of gastroenterology from every corner of the globe.
GASTRO 2009 UEGW/WCOG, London provides gastroenterologists
(adult and paediatric), endoscopists and digestive surgeons
from all continents with the most up-to-date information on all
of the clinical issues that confront them on a daily basis and in a
global context.
The GASTRO 2009 Programme Committee, which incorporates
the UEGF Scientific Committee and members from all partner
societies of GASTRO 2009, UEGW/WCOG, London has developed
a stellar educational programme that will ensure high standards
and accredited continuing medical education for attendees.
