ExCeL Centre. The ceremony will be followed<br />

by an entertainment programme<br />

and will <strong>of</strong>fer delegates the opportunity<br />

to meet with colleagues from all over the<br />

world.<br />

PReVIeW cenTRe<br />

The Preview Centre is located within the<br />

Platinum Suite on level 2 <strong>of</strong> ExCeL London.<br />

To get there, please take the escalator in the<br />

Platinum Suite one level up. Speakers are<br />

asked to hand in their Power Point Presentation<br />

on a CD-ROM or USB stick preferably<br />

one day before their speech, but at least<br />

3 hours prior to their presentation.<br />

The presentation will be transferred to the<br />

central congress server and will be available<br />

on a special congress notebook in the<br />

hall <strong>of</strong> the presentation. For time and technical<br />

reasons, we kindly ask speakers not to<br />

use their own notebooks.<br />

In the Preview Centre, several PC workstations<br />

will give speakers the possibility to<br />

work on their presentation in a quiet environment.<br />

Technical staff will be happy to<br />

assist.<br />
