You are cordially invited to join the Welcome
Reception on Sunday, November
22, 2009 at 19:30 in Hall S1/2/3 of the
ExCeL Centre. The ceremony will be followed
by an entertainment programme
and will offer delegates the opportunity
to meet with colleagues from all over the
world.

PReVIeW cenTRe
The Preview Centre is located within the
Platinum Suite on level 2 of ExCeL London.
To get there, please take the escalator in the
Platinum Suite one level up. Speakers are
asked to hand in their Power Point Presentation
on a CD-ROM or USB stick preferably
one day before their speech, but at least
3 hours prior to their presentation.
The presentation will be transferred to the
central congress server and will be available
on a special congress notebook in the
hall of the presentation. For time and technical
reasons, we kindly ask speakers not to
use their own notebooks.
In the Preview Centre, several PC workstations
will give speakers the possibility to
work on their presentation in a quiet environment.
Technical staff will be happy to
assist.

Gallery in room SG20. It will be open from
Sunday, November 22, 12:00 until Wednesday,
November 25, 2009, 16:00. The daily
opening hours are 08:00 to 18:00. The official

press conferences will take place in room
SG21/22 on Monday, November 23, and
on Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at 12:00.
