n 2008, a company in Luxembourg started an
aircraft management and charter sales company
with just one Cessna Citation XLS. Since that
time, the company has acquired a handful of
aviation companies, launched its operations in Asia, grown
its operating fleet to more than 260 aircraft and rebranded
itself and its entities to become one of the largest business
aviation companies — Luxaviation Group.
Tell us about Luxaviation’s global charter
service.
Luxaviation operates an outstanding global charter service
which allows our clients to travel for business or leisure,
wherever and whenever they want. We understand that
time is precious; when travelling we all want to arrive at our
intended destination as soon as possible. This is one of the
key benefits of our charter service, as we are dedicated to
flying our clients from A to B as efficiently and smoothly as
possible. Combine this with exceptional customer service
and a layer of luxury and you get one of the most revered
experiences in the industry.
What does the Luxaviation fleet consist of ?
Our fleet management service is expertly engineered
to save our clients time, money and inconvenience. We
currently operate more than 260 aircraft across the
Group, spanning locations all around the world. From the
150 aircraft available for charter, our fleet contains large
business liners like the Airbus A320, all the way down
to small turbo-props such as the King Air 200. We are

delighted to announce the incorporation of helicopters
into the Group, through the creation of a separate entity,
Luxaviation Helicopters. This gives clients a greater
number of options and flying in a helicopter is an entirely
different experience to a business jet.
Luxaviation started operations in Asia in
2014. What is the plan for Luxaviation in
this region?
We began operating charter services out of Singapore in
2014, where we catered to the whole of Southeast Asia.
We expanded our footprint in the region in 2015 after the
acquisition of ExecuJet, which gave us a greater presence
in Singapore, Bali, Kuala Lumpur and Australia. More
recently, we are excited to announce the Charter Broker
Desk operating from regional offices around the world,
including Hong Kong. This service went live in January and
allows us to build on and improve the already outstanding
service that we offer our customers. Besides a dedicated
brokerage team, we can offer full aircraft management,
flight solutions and support.
What will Luxaviation do to face the
strong competition throughout the region?
We operate more than 260 aircraft according to the most
stringent safety standards, so customers can be assured
that they are receiving the best service available to them;
this is universal across the entire Group. In Asia, we have
also set up several partnerships and are working hard to
establish a stronger connection with the Chinese market.
We are entirely committed to offering the full solution
for our clients’ needs, which is why we have launched
Luxaviation Helicopters, providing a more complete
package for existing and potential customers. We are
entirely committed to providing all the benefits of a large
group, whilst ensuring a tailored, boutique oriented and
local service.
How will Luxaviation meet the
increasing demands of sophisticated
charterers?
Given the universal standards of excellence that we apply
across all aspects of the Group, it is an expectation that
everyone will do their utmost to satisfy the needs and
demands of our clients. This dedication to customer
service stems from all levels of the business, from
dispatchers to crew members, particularly flight attendants
as they have the most direct contact with the client; but,
moreover, it is our prerogative to anticipate and fulfil the
client’s needs without them having to ask, giving them
the complete business aviation experience. Furthermore,
we only work with trusted partners in order to ensure that
these expectations are met at all times.
How do you plan to better serve the
constantly connected customer base?
We are continuously seeking for ways to exceed the service
expectations of our clients and it is essential that we
develop methods and strategies that make their experience
with Luxaviation pleasurable and, above all, memorable.
Alongside with our newly opened Charter Broker Desks
in London, Miami and Hong Kong, one major on-going
development is that, we at Luxaviation had embarked on
strengthening our internal training for all employees within
the group.
Luxaviation is a renowned brand name in
the West. What is the vision for the next
five years?
We have a group target
to grow our current fleet
to 500 managed aircraft
by 2019. We are entirely
dedicated to strengthening
and further developing the
Group’s presence in Asia
over the next five years.
Our fleet in the region
continues to grow and the
opportunities afforded to
us from the Luxaviation
Helicopters department are
excellent; we can satisfy more clients, providing them with
an even more tailored service. As previously mentioned,
we are working on new partnerships all around the world.
