This tour takes you from the top of the Eiffel Tower to the territories<br />

of Bordeaux.<br />

Day 1, Arrive in Paris: Upon arrival at the airport, meet your personal<br />

English-speaking driver in the arrival hall and a private transfer to your<br />

hotel for a 3-night stay.<br />

Day 2 & 3, Panoramic Tour, The Louvre, Giverny, and Versailles: Two<br />

full days of private touring. On the Panoramic Tour, you’ll visit the Eiffel<br />

tower, cruise on the River Seine, and drive to the Arc de Triomph,<br />

Champs-Élysées, Place de la Concorde, the Opera District, and<br />

Montmarte. In between will be a guided visit to The Louvre. On the<br />

following day, a visit to Giverny and the Claude Monet Fondation where<br />

the famous impressionist lived. In the afternoon visit the Chateau de<br />

Versailles. In the evening, enjoy a unique gastronomic dining experience<br />

aboard a bus while taking in the sights of Paris by night! (2B, 1D)<br />

Optional: After-hours tour of the magnificent Paris Opera House when it's<br />

closed to the public. You'll be accompanied by our guide to explore the<br />

mysteries, history and myths of the Palais Garnier (extra cost).<br />

Day 4, Paris – Bordeaux: A private transfer to the Paris Montparnasse<br />

1 et 2 Train Station to board a high speed train to Bordeaux. Upon<br />

arrival at Saint Jean Train Station, meet your English-speaking driver at<br />

the exit of the station. A private transfer to your hotel for a 4-night stay.<br />

Rest of the day at your leisure. (B)<br />

Day 5, 6 & 7, Bordeaux, Excursion to St. Emilion, Pomerol, Medoc<br />

Castle Road and the Wine Region: Three days to take in the sights and<br />

flavours of Bordeaux. A self-guided visit to the recently opened Cité du<br />

Vin Museum is a must and entrance tickets are included. Enjoy two<br />

full-day excursions to discover a cultural mix such as St. Emilion with its<br />

historic underground monolithic church, and the various famous<br />

vineyards in Pomerol and along the mythical Route des Chateaux, such<br />

as Chateau Beau-Sejour Bescot, Chateau Petit-Village, Chateau<br />

Giscours and Chateau Pontet-Canet. Rest assured, your experienced<br />

driver-guide will indulge you with his passion for wines, making your<br />

trip unforgettable (3B, 4Tastings)<br />

Day 8, Departure: Checkout after breakfast and a private transfer to<br />

Day 1, Arrive in Nice: On arrival at Nice Airport, meet your personal<br />

English-speaking driver in the arrival hall and a private transfer to your<br />

hotel. Check-in for a 3-night stay.<br />

Day 2 & 3, Arts, Perfume & Pastry Class: Your private full-day<br />

excursion includes visits to St Paul de Vence and to Maeght Foundation,<br />

both are treasure troves of paintings, sculptures, drawings and graphic<br />

works. A drive to Grasse to visit the famous Fragonard Perfumery. The<br />

following day, get yourself to the workspace of a local pastry chef and<br />

create your own French pastry, learning the basics of French baking. (2B)<br />

Optional Activity: At Fragonard Perfumery, take a special workshop to learn the<br />

art of fragrance and create your own customized eau de toilette (extra cost).<br />

Day 4, Nice - Aix-en-Provence: A private transfer to Nice Train Station<br />

to board a high speed train to Aix-en-Provence, the city of a thousand<br />

fountains. Your English-speaking driver awaits you at the exit of the train<br />

station and will transfer you to your hotel for a 3-night stay. (B)<br />

Day 5 & 6, City Tour, St Remy de Provence, Les Baux de Provence:<br />

Enjoy two full-day private excursions. On the city tour visit the old town<br />

and its open-air market, Cezanne’s Studio, and the Confiserie du Roy<br />

René to try their Calissons. The following day, visit St Remy de Provence<br />

to see its 17th and 18th century architecture and to Saint-Paul de<br />

Mausole where Van Gogh painted some of his greatest works. Also visit<br />

historic Les Baux de Provence and witness the unique exhibition of<br />

digitized masterpieces of art at Carrières de Lumière. (2B)<br />

*Optional Activity: A private lesson to learn to make your own calisson at<br />

the Confiserie du Roy René.<br />

*Optional VIP Experience – Multimedia show by Carrières des Lumières<br />

while enjoying a glass of Champagne and without the flock of tourists.<br />

Day 7 & 8, Marseille: A private transfer to Marseille, and check-in at<br />

your hotel or a 2-night stay. On the following day, enjoy a half-day<br />

tour visiting Le Panier, La Major Cathedral, the historic Fort Saint –Jean,<br />

and the neo-byzantine Notre Dame de la Garde basilica. (2B)<br />

Day 8, Departure: Checkout after breakfast and private transfer from<br />
