Bologna Gourmet Experience
Emilia Romagna – Parma Countryside

There are delicious reasons Bologna and Parma have given their names
to foods. This tour is an epicurean’s delight!
Day 1, Bologna: Upon arrival at railway station or airport in Bologna,
you will be met and transferred to the Corona D’Oro or Commercianti
Hotel in the town of Emilia Romagna for a 3-night stay. This afternoon
a private guided walking tour includes some tastings of some of the
culinary excellences of the region such as Parmigiano and Prosciutto. In
the evening, get introduced to the local cuisine at Il Pappagallo
Restaurant, one of the top in town. (D)
Day 2, Market Tour & Cooking Class: A private guided local market
tour followed by a cooking class at Rita’s home, learning the secret of
preparing a typical Bolognese meal. Enjoy the results of your culinary
efforts at lunch! Afternoon at leisure. (B,L)
Day 3, Parma Countryside: A private car and guide are reserved for
today. Drive into the Parma countryside to visit some farms where
Parmigiano and Prosciutto are produced. Enjoy a tasting of these
accompanied by rich local wines. Returning to the hotel, rest of the day

Day 4, Departure: Breakfast followed by check-out. A private transfer

Castiglione della Pescaia - L’Andana - Casamonti

Driving through landscapes of cyprus trees, vineyards and olive groves is
the perfect way to experience Tuscany’s beauty.
Day 1, Castiglione della Pescaia – L’Andana: Drive north (approx. 11
km) to arrive at the magical La Badiola Estate. L'Andana was once a
Medici villa where Grand Duke Leopold II and his court resided during
the summer season. There’s an excellent restaurant, a golf driving range
and a romantic private chapel on the estate as well. Check-in for a
3-night stay.
Day 2, Excursion to Siena: Following breakfast, drive to Siena
reaching in time to meet your guide. Take a private walking tour of the
town, one of the best examples of medieval architecture in Italy. Siena
is also famous for the bi-annual Palio horse races in the town’s Piazza
del Campo. Following the tour, discover the secrets of the local cuisine
during an inspiring cooking class. Enjoy lunch, the fruits of your culinary

Day 3, More Tuscan Splendours: Drive out to Casamonti to visit one of
the “Cinta Senese” farms for lunch. The “Cinta Senese” is a special
breed of pigs, fed exclusively on acorns. In the afternoon continue to
the Nostra Vita Estate for a tasting of the farm’s famous Brunello wines.

Day 4, Departure: Breakfast and checkout. Saying farewell to
Southern Tuscany, continue your journey. Arrivederci!

Chocolate & Barolo Turin – Langhe Region

Turin is one of the food capitals of Italy. It’s also Italy’s capital of
chocolate. Throw in some local wines and what’s not to love?
Day 1, Arrive in Turin: Upon arrival at the airport or railway station in
Turin, you will be met and transferred to the centrally located Hotel
Sitea for a 2-night stay. Turin, the capital of Piemonte, on Po River is an
ancient city which has grown increasingly popular due to its arts and
its industry.
Day 2, Turin: On a private and guided walking tour of the town you'll
explore its ancient history. See the famous Piazzas, churches and the
castle. Also taste some local specialities before returning to the hotel.
Evening at leisure. Your hotel concierge will be glad to suggest a venue

Day 3, Turin – Langhe Region: Following breakfast and checkout, a
private transfer to Langhe, one of the loveliest and most scenic regions
in Italy. Stop en-route at a well-known local winery for wine tasting
and lunch. Continue the drive to the Relais Villa D’Amelia, masterly
renovated from the original nineteenth-century Cascina Bonelli and
located in a spectacular landscape with breathtaking views of the Alps.

Day 4, Langhe Region: Day at leisure to absorb the beauty of the
Villa and its surroundings and to dedicate yourselves to the local cuisine.
Today the Chef invites you into the secrets of his kitchen whilst he takes
you, step by step, through the preparation of a delicious meal based on
