In 1991, ENKA took advantage of its<br />
good business relations in Russia as<br />
well as the steady economic progress<br />
of the country, to found LLC Mosenka<br />
in Moscow with some Russian partners<br />
as the first real estate services.<br />
MOSENKA<br />
ENKA now owns 100% stake in<br />
Mosenka, which is engaged with<br />
office development and office space<br />
leasing activities, aiming to meet<br />
Moscow’s growing demand.<br />
Mosenka has reconstructed six<br />
historic buildings with a total<br />
construction area of 46,500 m 2 and<br />
converted them into modern office<br />
buildings, with the occupancy rate of<br />
76% by the end of 2016.<br />
Tenants of Mosenka include wellknown<br />
local and international<br />
companies such as Air Liquide, Claas ,<br />
Lego, Roquetta and Saipem.<br />
