looking to add a Mechanical Project Engineer to<br />

their team in Buckinghamshire. This company<br />

Service Engineer in Cheltenham / Gloucester<br />

where you will be responsible for the service,<br />

small installation and reactive calls on a range of<br />

Fire Alarms, Door Entry and Warden Call<br />

systems, whilst being part of a call out rota.<br />

Additional duties:<br />

• Servicing of fire systems and the provision of new equipment<br />

where required<br />

• Attend to emergency reactive call outs<br />

• Ability to survey new and remedial works in accordance with<br />

the current British Standards<br />

• Installation of small works and projects as required<br />

• 24 hour call out service and will be placed on a rota<br />

• Ensure adherence to the operational and customer KPIs and<br />

SLAs<br />

Requirements:<br />

• Proven experience working on a range of fire systems<br />

• Electrical / Electronic qualification (City & Guilds etc)<br />

• FIA Unit 1 (Design) and Unit 5 (Servicing)<br />

• Strong knowledge and understanding of BS5839 and<br />

BS5266<br />

• Previous experience working on Morley, Advance, Kentec,<br />

Gent, Haes & Menvier<br />

• IOSH / NEBOSH qualifications would be highly<br />

advantageous.<br />

• City & Guilds in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (17th<br />

Edition)<br />

• FIA Units 1,3 and 3<br />

• Good sound knowledge and understanding with commercial<br />

and contractual issues<br />
