Recommendations: DOJ OIG recommends that FBI:<br />
17. Direct FBI field divisions to identify and invite key stakeholders to<br />
TRP sessions.<br />

Open. The FBI concurred with the recommendation as shown in<br />
Appendix F. This recommendation can be closed when the DOJ OIG<br />
receives the FBI’s guidance to FBI field divisions about identifying and<br />
inviting key stakeholders to TRP sessions. Further, the DOJ OIG will<br />
need evidence that FBI field divisions, in turn, identified and invited key<br />
stakeholders to attend the TRP sessions.<br />
18. Determine the agencies with which it should share its<br />
counterterrorism-related TRP results and implement a process to ensure<br />
the TRP results are appropriately shared with those agencies on a<br />
systemic and regular basis.<br />

basis. Further, the DOJ OIG will need evidence that FBI field divisions<br />
have been notified <strong>of</strong> this process, and that FBI field divisions are<br />
sharing the TRP results with the identified agencies on a regular basis.<br />
