6.1 Methodology<br />
Implementing the improvements identified in this Plan has been estimated to cost more than 100 million dollars over five years.<br />
Given this large investment of City resources, this plan proposes to first invest in the areas of the City most in need of improvements<br />
to the pedestrian environment. Staff will use this methodology to maintain and update the High Injury Network. While all corridors<br />
listed are a high priority, this methodology will aid staff in determining which intersections and corridors to invest in first. There are<br />
three analyses used in this Plan to identify areas of highest need:<br />
