COMMUNICATE. COLLABORATE. EXCHANGE. ENGAGE. New GoTo PHO home page design receives praise The unveiling of a new look and feel for the GoTo PHO homepage last month marked the first step in developing a more robust intranet site for internal communication, collaboration, and knowledge exchange. Feedback to date via the GoTo PHO Poll has been very positive with new features like the Quick Links and Staff Announcements identified as user favourites. Those who had responded to the poll as of mid-June were frequent users of GoTo PHO with 86 per cent indicating they visit the site daily. Just as its names suggests, GoTo PHO is shaping up to become your ‘go to’ news from across the organization. Earlier this month, more than 40 people participated in a dedicated Skills & Tools session to learn more about how to maximize the new features on GoTo PHO and make the most of the intranet site to support the work that they do. Over the next few months we will be adding new departments/services sites so that everyone has access to information about PHO’s programs and services, including what each area does, who their partners/stakeholders are and what projects they are currently working on. 10 | Return to table of contents
