Art Exhibit at City Hall continues

A Writing Workshop for non-fiction/selfhelp

Clarkson Clayton Center. The workshop will
include time for developing helpful habits,
brainstorming, group feedback and time to

16th Annual Charity Golf Tournament
is at noon on Monday, May 1 at The Landings
at Spirit Golf Club, 180 N. Eatherton

School for Children and the General Charity
Fund of the Knights of Columbus. The
four-person “scramble” begins with a shotgun

Rescue is at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 6

at the Bussmann Shelter in Bluebird

feature nationally ranked flyers with
two- and four-line stunts. Experts will offer
assistance and flying lessons for four-line
kits, plus a special “no crash” training setup.

Operation Kidsafe is from May 4-8 at
54 The Legends Parkway in Eureka. This
is a free digital fingerprint and photo safety
program that captures a child’s picture and
fingerprints using specialized software.
Parents can use a printout they receive to
provide to law enforcement anywhere in
the world to instantly aid an investigation.

Friday, May 5 and from 8 a.m.-noon on
Saturday, May 6 at Green Trails Church,
14237 Ladue Road in Chesterfield. There
will be a huge selection of gently used
antiques, household items, women’s accessories,
books, toys, children’s clothes up to
4T and much more.

A Youth Fishing Derby is from 9-11
a.m. on Saturday, May 13 at Central Park
Lake, 16365 Lydia Hill Drive in Chesterfield.
Kids ages 5-15 can compete in
contests and win awards. A parent or legal
guardian must accompany all kids. Fishing
licenses are not required. The equipment is
limited, so participants should bring their
own, if possible. Check-in will be at the
amphitheater stage the day of the derby.
