Not long after the<br />

announcement that Sir<br />

Michael Cullen would<br />

lead the review into infrastructure<br />

and circumstances<br />

<strong>of</strong> the flood, Minister for<br />

Primary Industries Nathan<br />

Guy announced a Government<br />

Support Package for <strong>Bay</strong> <strong>of</strong><br />

<strong>Plenty</strong> Farmers.<br />

Officials were investigating<br />

how many businesses had been<br />

affected by the flood.<br />

“I think there will be support,”<br />

Minister Simon Bridges said at<br />

a media conference. “It’s really<br />
