Not long after the
announcement that Sir
Michael Cullen would
lead the review into infrastructure
and circumstances
of the flood, Minister for
Primary Industries Nathan
Guy announced a Government
Support Package for Bay of
Plenty Farmers.
Officials were investigating
how many businesses had been
affected by the flood.
