Fitness for Older Adults<br />
I am a specialist qualified personal fitness<br />
instructor for older adults available to visit<br />
you and help keep you fit and moving.<br />
Exercise in groups or one to one. Improve<br />
your physical and mental health, reduce the<br />
risk of disease and illness and have fun!<br />
Sessions involve cardio, strengthening,<br />
stretching and balance exercises including<br />
some Pilates and yoga.<br />
Also qualified to instruct in pre and post<br />
natal fitness and personal training.<br />
