n behalf of the American Cancer Society, we are pleased to
announce the 2017 Cattle Baron’s Ball of the RGV, “Boots &
Blossoms.” Please join us on Saturday, September 9th, 2017 at
the Boggus Ford Events Center in Pharr, Texas. There will be live
music, complete with dinner, exciting auctions, and other fun activities.
Cattle Baron’s Ball is an organization of volunteers working together to
support our local American Cancer Society and its fight against cancer.
Since the inception of the first Cattle Baron’s Ball in South Texas in 1996,
we have proudly contributed approximately $2.4 million to local and
national cancer support services, as well as groundbreaking cancer research.
To our loyal supporters, we send our heartfelt appreciation for your
continued support and look forward to seeing you again soon. To our
new friends, we thank you for your consideration and we hope to call
you a partner at this year’s event as we work together to eliminate
cancer. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and from the survivors
in our community that will celebrate another birthday this year.
