Throughout his 39 years in the<br />
industry, Gary Watts has consistently<br />
pushed himself to advance in the<br />
real estate profession.<br />
Gary earned his real estate license in 1978 and started as a<br />
broker listing and selling properties in Johnson County. He then<br />
branched into development with the Arlington Development<br />
Company in the early 1990s. His first subdivision was Windsor<br />
Ridge, which started as approximately 200 acres and now houses<br />
hundreds of homes.<br />
To date, Watts has built over 2,500 housing units, 20 subdivisions<br />
and 10 apartment complexes. The company is also the second<br />
largest provider of single family homes in the Iowa City-North<br />
