The iconic, new Park Hyatt building is situated at the best
location in the middle of Bangkok’s city centre. Designed
by the London architect, Amanda Levete, it is reminiscent
of the local pagodas, which were the inspirational source
for the exceptional architecture, with its silver shimmering
shingles. The 5-star superlative hotel is on the upper stories
of the shopping mall "Central Embassy" and offers 222 luxurious
rooms and suites with 57 different configurations, to
fulfill individual guest’s wishes. The interior is discreetly minimalistic
and kept in light colours, which, in contrast to the
hectic metropole, conveys a pleasant and calming effect.
The spacious rooms, which coincidentally are some of the
largest in the city, do not only boast private spa bathrooms
but also impress with panorama windows, which reveal a
breath-taking view of Bangkok. And if you want to enjoy the
view in the open air, the infinity pool is an absolute „must“.
There is no lack of entertainment and culinary delights at
Park Hyatt with its numerous exquisite and luxurious bars
and restaurants and an event area of approximately 2000
square metres – including a column-free ballroom. And because
jetsetters are always on the move, the new Park Hyatt
Bangkok has a direct connection to the BTS Skytrain, which
is linked to both international airports. In a nutshell: Park
Hyatt at its best.
