AT DAISY MADE...
What could be better than enjoying a cold,
tasty ice cream on a warm summer’s day?
Not much, if you ask the team at Daisy Made!
Daisy Made Ice Cream is a family run business just
outside of Lincoln city centre. The name gives
a clue as to what you might expect to enjoy if
you visit, but there is much more besides the ice
cream.
Set on their farm in Skellingthorpe, there is a
children’s play area, and a number of animals to
meet including calves, goats and rabbits. There
is a farm themed “Crazy Daisy Golf” course too,
with a number of tricky holes to test your skills,
and a bouncy castle and real petrol cars that kids
can take for a drive.
The café has indoor seating where you can enjoy
coffees, cakes, or even a light lunch with freshly
made sandwiches and paninis, a jacket potato or
soup if you prefer. And of course, pudding is their
speciality. Made using milk from their own dairy
herd, the ice cream is beautifully creamy, with a
dazzling array of weird and wonderful flavours to
tempt you. You can even have a scoop alongside

a warm Belgian waffle, or grab one from their
“Lazy Daisy Drive Thru” if you don’t want to
leave the comfort of your car!
So as the warm weather settles in for the
summer, you can nip along to Daisy Made Ice
Cream to grab a cone, or you can take the family
& while away the day. Whichever you choose to
do, you’re bound to have a good time!
