Crau de Ma Mère is created from a selection of<br />
very old vines located at Crau, in the north east<br />
of the appellation, and is included in the Grenache<br />
Conservatory.<br />
Grape Varieties : 65% Grenache, 20%<br />
Mourvèdre, 15% Syrah<br />
Medium Age of Vineyard : 80 years for the<br />
Grenache, 25 years for the Syrah<br />

TASTING NOTES<br />
Crau de Ma Mère is an excellent wine, both<br />
powerful and elegant and as sun-filled as its<br />
terroir. Its bouquet offers a complex palette of<br />
very ripe red berries and rounded tannins with<br />
a chocolate-flavored finale.<br />
It is a very concentrated wine with a lot of<br />
character that matches well with meat, game as<br />
well as milky and fatty cheese<br />
