TASTING NOTES<br />
Le Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune is lively<br />
Chardonnay with aromas of white flowers and<br />
honey. Elegant and fresh it will gain in its density<br />
and roundness after some years in cellar.<br />
Drunk young, the wine is fresh and fruity and will<br />
pair very nicely with snales, fish in sauce or<br />
shells when it is more mature. This harmonious<br />
wine can be paired with roasted meats and soft<br />
cheese.<br />
