SSLC Results, Malayalam Mission, Benevolent Fund...<br />
Our MMET and Vidyamandir students have done it again by<br />
scoring 94 % and 93.3 % results in the SSLC examination.<br />
The involvement of the school management, hard work of the<br />
teachers and grueling preparations by the students from day 1 in<br />
10th Standard have rewarded this outstanding performance to us.<br />
KNSS can be proud of the schools. The success in this service<br />
front gives the required impetus to MMECT in going for new<br />
pastures in Educational services, like PU College in Thoranahalli,<br />
CBSE and International syllabus schools etc. News Bulletin<br />
extends hearty congratulations to the students and staff of MMET<br />
and Vidyamandir.<br />
Govt. of Kerala is promoting Malayalam language in a big<br />
way through its Malayalam Mission. A lot of support and<br />
encouragement, including funding, for teaching Malayalam is<br />
initiated by it.The Malayalam Mission instituted for the purpose<br />
has spread its wings beyond the boundaries of Kerala State and is<br />
offering its services to ‘Pravasi Malayalees’. Under the auspices of<br />
the ‘Mission’, KNSS is also keen to promote learning Malayalam<br />
by its members and children. Infact, it will be a blessing for<br />
KNSS to get trained / taught by the professional body. M S Nagar,<br />
Horamavu, Halasuru, Vimanapura, Mathikere Karayogams have<br />
already started Malayalam classes. T Dasarahalli, whitefield,<br />
Jayamahal and many other Karayogans will follow shortly.<br />
These classes will ultimately lead to award of valid certificates<br />
from the Kerala Govt useful for even Govt. placements in Kerala<br />
including PSC. So let our members and children learn Malayalam<br />
and qualify themselves, in addition to loving mother tongue &<br />
our culture. Yet another great service by KNSS Karayogams!<br />
KNSS Benevolent Fund is all set to increase its Corpus Fund to<br />
Rs 60 lakhs and more. This is necessary to give substantial and<br />
meaningful assistance to medical cases, extend personal assistance<br />
to more needy members etc. The donation to everyone’s capacity<br />
will go a long way to promote the project. Let us take the venture<br />
forward and make it a grand success. Like our educational<br />
services, medical assistance, pension to destitutes etc. are also<br />
important services to the society.<br />
KNSS Youth Wing is marching forward with various programmes<br />
like the Swach Bharath, Gramodayam, Blood Bank Directory<br />
etc. Shimoga Karayogam has started their Youth Wing and is<br />
all set with many working plans under the guidance of the Core<br />
Committee and the Karayogam. News Bulletin wishes the Youth<br />
Wing ‘Sahyadri’ success in all their endeavors.<br />
