Benevolent Fund to increase Corpus Fund<br />
‘Little drops of water make the mighty Ocean’<br />
During the discussion in the Benevolent Fund Committee<br />
meeting held on 22nd April 2017 the Committee was seized<br />
of the need of raising the Corpus Fund to Rs 60 lakhs to extend<br />
meaningful financial assistance to the needy members<br />
of Benevolent Fund. The committee proposed to go for<br />
donation ticket sale after getting the proposal approved from<br />
Board. The last Board meeting, held on 23-4-2017 welcomed<br />
the proposal and decided to go ahead with the proposal.<br />
Subsequently it has been decided to print donation tickets<br />
of Rs 100/- each and approach all members and well<br />
wishers through Karayogams. Rs 30 lakhs worth tickets<br />
would be printed. A Raffle draw will be held on donation<br />
tickets with valuable prizes amounting to Rs 5 lakhs.<br />
Mr. V R Chandran, advisor of KNSS Benevolent Fund<br />
will be the Chief Convener and Co-ordinator of the task.<br />
Members of all Karayogams are requested to kindly sell<br />
maximum Raffle tickets through Karayogam members<br />
and well wishers and make the venture a grand success.<br />
