PREMIER AWARDS 2017 ACCESS CONTROL PRODUCT 2017 CIVINTEC – Android uTouch uTouch Android is multi-purpose contactless smart card and biometric terminal with 7.0 inch capacitive touch screen for intuitive comfortable user experience. The reliable and smart terminal benefits to NFC for smart phone solution, multiple contactless cards supported and optional biometric security. Paxton – Net2 Entry Touch Panel The panel features a 7” colour touch screen and personalisation options and is available in three variations, flush-mount, surface-mount and rain hood. The Net2 Entry Touch Panel has an IK7 impact protection rating with an easy to read antiglare screen for optimal daytime viewing and includes a line-out for use with a T-Loop antenna for users with hearing aids. Genie – AC5000SC reader The PoE compatible Virdi AC5000SC offers elegant looks and a robust weatherproof IP65 rated housing and is available in either black or white models. The Patented Fake Finger Detection technology will detect if a fingerprint is not ‘live’. Anyone trying to fool the system by using a paper, rubber or silicon fingerprint to login as someone else will be rejected. Tyco – iSTAR Ultra Video This small appliance combines the robust access control features of iSTAR Ultra with embedded video recording and management that is remotely managed by an integrated CCURE 9000/victor application to meet the security needs of small remote sites. Each iSTAR Ultra Video is factoryimaged with the latest firmware and camera licenses. Takex – TXF-125E The TXF-125E is a battery operated quad photoelectric beam sensor which allows the use of active infrared beams on rapid deployment or temporary installations. With four selectable frequencies, multiple beam sets can be used in both linear and stacked configurations without risk of crosstalk, further assisted by a transmitter power function that allows the user to set 25/50/75/100m zones. RBH Access – SS2014 PoE IP The SS2014 keypad is designed to fit into any security application that requires access control and burglar alarm functionality. The Safesuite SS2014 is expandable and flexible with up to 256 alarm zones available to each keypad. Features include PoE Plus, email notification, SMS notification and remote access via web or App. Nortech – NanoQuest Nortech’s NanoQuest compact standalone proximity card reader and access controller includes an RS232 data output to enable third party equipment to monitor the use of cards and fobs presented to the reader. The system is able to manage up to 500 users and autonomously control access to secure areas or restrict the use of equipment or machinery to approved operators. Vanderbilt – ACT365 ACT365 is a cloud based access control and integrated video management solution offering the Installer benefits including an installer portal for managing multiple customers and sites from a single interface plus remote diagnostics and servicing (voltage, mains, PSU, breakglass, etc). There is no software to install and an installer smart phone app for iOS and Android. Honeywell – Pro-Watch Honeywell’s Pro-Watch security management suite provides the flexibility, scalability and control required for security management. Pro-Watch equips organisations with the right tools to protect people, secure assets and ensure regulatory compliance by combining access control, digital video, intrusion and other functions into one system.
