Christian Manhart<br />
With degrees in art history and archaeology,<br />
Christian Manhart’s journey in conservation<br />
started when he joined UNESCO’s Cultural<br />
section in 1987. He is currently the head of<br />
UNESCO office in Nepal, and also the UNESCO’s<br />
representative to Nepal. His advocacy for<br />
conservation and illicit trafficking of cultural property are published<br />
online in various platforms.<br />
Bijaya Laxmi Rai<br />
Bijaya Laxmi Rai is an engineer by profession.<br />
She is an assistant designer and planner (on<br />
behalf of the contractor) at the Sanjen (Upper)<br />
hydroelectric project. Rai is interested in technical<br />
writing (Sustainability; Green Technology;<br />
Disaster Risk Management; Women, Children and<br />
Societies, among other topics). She is also an<br />
amateur researcher (Seismic Vulnerability).<br />
Nischal Oli<br />
Nischal Oli is an art producer based in<br />
Kathmandu. He is the Project Coordinator of the<br />
Siddhartha Arts Foundation's Education Initiative,<br />
which builds capacity in the management,<br />
curating and criticism of the arts. As a manager,<br />
curator and writer Oli has worked with several<br />
organizations, artists, platforms and collectives.<br />
Drishti Manandhar<br />
Drishti Manandhar is an architect,<br />
graduate from the Pulchowk Institute of<br />
Engineering, currently working at S G<br />
Designs. Fascinated by Space - she loves<br />
to eat, read, sketch, talk (in radndom order)<br />
and write about the acquaintances in her<br />
environemnt. An art enthusiast by nature<br />
she is fascinated by the ability of words and<br />
its power in expression.<br />
Saroj Bajracharya<br />
Saroj Bajracharya is an artist and an art<br />
critic. He has been actively involved in<br />
many facets of art such as painting, writing,<br />
teaching, curating, organizing solo/group<br />
exhibitions and related events for more than<br />
two decades. Mr. Bajracharya has authored<br />
a book titled ‘A Concise Introduction to<br />
Nepali Modern Sculpture’.<br />
Shreesha Nankhwa<br />
Ms. Shreesha Nankhwa is an aspiring<br />
environmentalist with a penchant for writing.<br />
She is interested in sustainable living,<br />
alternative energy and creating a better<br />
future for the planet. Her works have been<br />
published in a number of magazines and<br />
publications in Nepal. She currently writes<br />
and edits blogs for IT companies while<br />
dreaming of trekking across the Himalayas.<br />
Amit Kumar Shrestha<br />
Graduate in Risk control and management<br />
technology, Mr. Amit Kumar Shrestha has<br />
been actively involved with National Society for<br />
Earthquake Technology (NSET) as Public Private<br />
Partnership specialist. His other experiences<br />
include environment and occupational safety,<br />
enterprises resource planning and business<br />
continuity planning.<br />
Jebin Gautam<br />
Jebin Gautam is a freelance writer and<br />
researcher. He is a liberal arts graduate<br />
from Wabash College, USA. He is currently<br />
interested in issues of arts, culture and<br />
social sciences.<br />
