This can be accomplished by replacing the current language with reserved and thus avoid the necessity of numbering the subsequent sections and changes the references to sections. We were going to refer that one to the C & R Committee because it was not according to the C & R, it says it‘s supposed to be in within a certain timeframe, so we didn‘t know how to handle it past that point.
