Blackberry Shrub<br />
• 50ml Silent Pool<br />
Gin (from freezer)<br />
• 25ml raspberry &<br />
blackberry shrub<br />
• 25ml Cocchi<br />
sweet vermouth<br />
• 10ml Boudier<br />
ginger liqueur<br />
• soda water top<br />
- approx 50ml<br />
1. Shake and strain<br />
first 4 ingredients<br />
over cubed ice. Top<br />
with soda, stir.<br />
2. Serve in a rocks<br />
glass and garnish<br />
with a spiked<br />
blackberry and<br />
raspberry.<br />
Aviation<br />
• 40ml Silent<br />
Pool Gin<br />
• 20ml Maraschino<br />
Liqueur<br />
• 20ml freshly<br />
squeezed<br />
lemon juice<br />
• 2.5ml Crème<br />
de violette<br />
1. Shake and strain<br />
into a chilled<br />
cocktail glass<br />
Albury Flip<br />
• 50ml Silent Pool Gin<br />
• 25ml Merlet cherry brandy<br />
• 3ml saline<br />
• 10ml Monin Orgeat syrup<br />
• 25ml pasteurised egg yolk (we use Cocovite)<br />
• 25ml double cream<br />
1. Spray chilled glass with Silent Pool<br />
Christmas Mist (available online).<br />
2. Shake and fine strain all ingredients.<br />
3. Serve in a coupette and garnish with fresh<br />
grated nutmeg.<br />
Silent Pool G&t<br />
• 50ml Silent Pool Gin (from freezer)<br />
• 125ml chilled Fever-Tree elderflower tonic<br />
• 5ml fresh fine filtered lime juice<br />
• 2 dashes Bitter Truth cucumber bitters<br />
• 2 dashes Jade 1901 absinthe<br />
1. Dash glass with absinthe and bitters.<br />
2. Build remainder of ingredients<br />
over cubed ice.<br />
3. Serve in a Silent Pool glass and<br />
garnish with lemon balm leaf.<br />
