After a “buzzy” summer at Kamp Kayeetz (the theme was bugs), we are
preparing for another great school year. The teachers have spent the summer
updating the curriculum. We are incorporating more STEAM (science,
technology, engineering, art and mathematics) activities.

We will welcome our students back for a full day on Tuesday, September 5. We are excited
that the High Holy Days are later, because it gives our morot (teachers) the opportunity to incorporate
these special times into their plans. The sweet New Year will be celebrated creative
curriculum style. This learning method allows children to engage through learning centers
that give them hands-on experiences.

Since utilizing parents as partners is so important to our pre-school, we look forward to Back
to School Night on Monday, September 11. Our teachers will have the opportunity to set the
stage for the year of learning ahead. The quickest way to bring a smile to your face is to visit
