Simpson Marine<br />
Simpson Marine, one of SYS’ longeststanding<br />
exhibitors returned to the<br />
Show with several leading brands<br />
including the Beneteau Oceanis Yacht<br />
62 and the Beneteau Gran Turismo<br />
46 both of which made their Asian<br />
premiere. The Lagoon 620 Essence<br />
and the Monte Carlo 6 both made<br />
their Singapore debuts, while firmfavourite,<br />
the Lagoon 450 was also<br />
on display.<br />
Charley’s Premiere<br />
– Echo Yachts<br />
The 46m tri-deck catamaran Charley<br />
made her world premiere at SYS<br />
having recently been delivered to<br />
her owner by Echo Yachts. Equipped<br />
with a wide array of tenders and toys,<br />
a touch-and-go helicopter pad, dive<br />
store, decompression chamber and<br />
specialist sonar equipment for wreck<br />
diving expeditions, she is the largest<br />
composite resin infused vessel to be<br />
built in Australia to date.<br />
Ferretti Group<br />
In partnership with its local dealer,<br />
Hong Seh Marine, the Ferretti Group<br />
showcased five yachts at SYS, three<br />
of which made their regional debut;<br />
the brand-new Ferretti 450, the<br />
Ferretti 700 and the Pershing 5X,<br />
alongside the Riva Venere 75 and<br />
Riva 56. With Ferretti’s biggest ever<br />
display at the Singapore Yacht Show<br />
there was certainly something for<br />
everyone!<br />
