Simpson Marine, one of SYS’ longeststanding
exhibitors returned to the
Show with several leading brands
including the Beneteau Oceanis Yacht
62 and the Beneteau Gran Turismo
46 both of which made their Asian
premiere. The Lagoon 620 Essence
and the Monte Carlo 6 both made
their Singapore debuts, while firmfavourite,
the Lagoon 450 was also
on display.
Charley’s Premiere
– Echo Yachts
The 46m tri-deck catamaran Charley
made her world premiere at SYS
having recently been delivered to
her owner by Echo Yachts. Equipped
with a wide array of tenders and toys,
a touch-and-go helicopter pad, dive
store, decompression chamber and
specialist sonar equipment for wreck
diving expeditions, she is the largest
composite resin infused vessel to be
built in Australia to date.
Ferretti Group
In partnership with its local dealer,
Hong Seh Marine, the Ferretti Group
showcased five yachts at SYS, three
of which made their regional debut;
the brand-new Ferretti 450, the
Ferretti 700 and the Pershing 5X,
alongside the Riva Venere 75 and
Riva 56. With Ferretti’s biggest ever
display at the Singapore Yacht Show
there was certainly something for
everyone!
