& Resorts is renowned for offering a<br />

The Mall of Dilmunia is a unique<br />
mall concept located in the heart of<br />
Dilmunia Island, within the Muharraq<br />
Governorate. It is the first of its kind<br />
in the Kingdom of Bahrain and it is<br />
believed that it will be a destination<br />

Park) is 125,000 sqm upon a land size of<br />
26,753.6 sqm. The Gross Leasable Area<br />
is 47,300 sqm and has received interest<br />

modernistic and futuristic architecture,<br />
and promotes an exciting family oriented<br />
ambience within it. The mall promises<br />
to include a variety of retailers that are<br />
yet to enter the Bahraini market and<br />
to develop a quality entertainment,<br />
leisure and retail destination, which<br />
adds value to the mall's tenants and<br />
guests. The vision for this development<br />
is to promote a comprehensive family<br />
destination that caters to all age groups<br />
and genders. It allows children and<br />

The Address Residences Marassi<br />
Al Bahrain will also be connected to the<br />

to a private beach and to a world-class<br />
waterfront boardwalk promenade.<br />
The project is being brought to life in<br />
partnership with renowned international<br />
consultants Perkins & Will - P+W is<br />
appointed as Architect and HOK as<br />
interior design consultants.<br />

The main contractor for the project<br />
is Cyprus Cybarco Tabet JV W.L.L. and<br />
the international architectural design is<br />
by DP Architects. The contractors have<br />
begun mobilizing resources on site. The<br />
target opening date is October 2019.<br />
Lamar at Dilmunia<br />
Ithmaar Development Company<br />
Limited, the Master Developer of<br />
Dilmunia at Bahrain, signed a sale and<br />
development agreement with Apex Real<br />
Estate Development Company, for a new<br />
project named Lamar at Dilmunia.<br />
The agreement for the USD 7 million<br />
boutique project is to be developed on<br />
a 1,800 sqm land plot, and is expected<br />
to entail 45 penthouse style, seaview<br />
apartments. The agreement was signed<br />
between Mr. Jean-Claude Bejjani, Project<br />
Manager at Ithmaar Development<br />
Company and Mr. Ammar Al-Samahiji,<br />
General Manager Apex Real Estate at the<br />
Gulf Property Show.<br />
Lamar at Dilmunia is Apex<br />
Development Company’s fourth project.<br />
Apex intends to sell a portion of the<br />
units within the Lamar and to retain<br />
others keeping with the company policy<br />
of long term investment within all of its<br />
development projects.<br />
Ithmaar Development had<br />
announced the start of the second stage<br />
of the infrastructure works in 2016,<br />
which is due to be completed by the<br />
end of <strong>2017</strong>, which means providing<br />
infrastructure services for a cumulative<br />
70% of the project Dilmunia.<br />
Dilmunia is located in close<br />
proximity to the Bahrain International<br />
Airport, with easy access to Saudi Arabia<br />
via the King Fahad Causeway. Dilmunia<br />
at Bahrain is a resort-style health<br />
island, where balance is restored and<br />
life is enhanced, it includes world-class<br />
health facilities, luxury hotels and spas,<br />
lifestyle attractions, environmental<br />
