“California here I come!” Your Allied tour director will
keep you entertained as you head west to Denver.

DAY 2 | Rocky Mountains (B)
Today you will travel through the Rocky Mountains
and enjoy the awesome scenery that Colorado &
Utah have to offer. Overnight Richfield, UT.
DAY 3 | Zion National Park/Valley of Fire State
Park/Las Vegas, NV (B, D)
Zion National Park abounds with scenery in this
beautiful canyon national park. A tram tour takes you
deep into the canyon for scenery at its best. Drive
through the Valley of Fire State Park on your way to
The Golden Nugget in Las Vegas for your overnight
stay and free time to discover famous Fremont Street.

DAY 4 | Wayne Newton’s Estate/Anaheim, CA (B)
Before departing Las Vegas, visit the private estate
of “Mr. Las Vegas” himself, Wayne Newton. Casa
de Shenandoah is a grand estate – you won’t want
to miss this newly opened attraction. On to Anaheim
to begin your California Gold Coast Adventure!

DAY 5 | Option Day (B)
You have a choice today. Option #1: A step on
guide shows you the Orange County Coast. Visit the
Mission San Juan Capistrano, Laguna Beach, Orange
County coastline and a Newport Bay cruise. Option
#2: Spend the day at the (Happiest Place on Earth)
Disneyland Theme Park. (Shuttle provided at hotel)

DAY 6 | USS Iowa Battleship/Santa Monica/
Hollywood/Ventura Beach, CA (B)
Your experienced local guide takes you on another
adventure today. The USS Iowa Battleship is in port at
the L.A. waterfront. Get a glimpse of this iconic ship’s
history – also known as the Battleship of Presidents.
Travel to Santa Monica and Hollywood. A stop at
the Grauman’s Chinese Theater (the most spectacular
theater in motion picture history), a walk on the
Hollywood Walk of Fame, and see the Dolby Theater
(home of the Academy Awards). (All sights are subject
to closures due to last minute events.) Overnight

DAY 7 | Produce Farm Tour/Solvang (B, L)
Learn about the California produce farming with
a guided tour. Even pick some strawberries! On to
Solvang to discover Danish hospitality. Be enchanted
by the village of Morro Bay by the sea tonight.

DAY 8 | Hearst Castle (B, L)
Discover the legendary castle of William Randolph
Hearst at the famed Hearst Castle. With 165 rooms
and 127 acres of gardens, learn about the home
he built to showcase his legendary art collection.

DAY 9 | Sequoia National Park (B, BL)
On your way to central California today, we will stop
at the second oldest park in the country, Sequoia
National Park. Discover the landscape that is studded
with the largest of trees, the giant sequoia. Take time to
discover the park and stop for photos with these giants
of nature and have a picnic lunch in their overwhelming

Day 10 | Yosemite National Park (B, D)
Visit Yosemite National Park today. A guided tram
tour shows the beauty of the valley floor surrounded
by mountains. Travel on through the Sierra Nevada
Mountains on your way north. Overnight Carson City,

DAY 11| Travel Day/Bonneville Salt Flats/Salt Lake
City (B)
Today is a travel day as you start heading east again.
Donner Pass is nearby where the ill-fated Donner
party was stranded while crossing the Sierra Nevada
Mountains during the severe winter of 1847. Pass the
Bonneville Salt Flats for a photo op. Overnight Salt

DAY 12 | Travel Day/Cheyenne, WY (B, D)
Stop for a photo op at Temple Square in Salt Lake City
before departing for Cheyenne, Wyoming. Enjoy your
last night together as you are treated to a Farewell

DAY 13 | Travel Home (B)
As you head home, sit back and relax as the miles turn
into memories and you reflect on the fun times and
