Ladies, are you a fan of HGTV and the Food Network?
If so, you may be a fan of Fixer Upper and The Pioneer
Woman. Johanna & Chip Gaines have been a hit with
the fans as they flip houses in Waco, Texas. Visit this
small town that has become a popular destination for
all fans. Plus along the way we visit Pawhuska, OK,
home to The Pioneer Woman Mercantile!
DAY 1 | The Mercantile Restaurant (D)
Heading south today our destination is Pawhuska,
OK. The miles will be enjoyed with our fellow gal pals
as we have fun along the way. Dinner tonight will be
at The Mercantile for a special “Dinner Experience”.
These dinners are just held periodically for larger
groups. It will be a 4-course meal of appetizer, salad,
entrée and dessert all served family style! (Please
note, should a conflict arise with TV filming, you will be
notified.) Overnight Bartlesville, OK.
DAY 2 | The Merc Store & Bakery (B)
Yes, it is true, you have to stand in line to visit The
Mercantile! We’ll be off early this morning to get in
line to shop all the special items picked out by Ree
Drummond for the Mercantile Store. Pick up a cook
book, update your kitchenware, or try out some of her
uniquely styled clothing. Be sure to visit the bakery for
some treats. It will be a fun day! We’ll continue on to
Oklahoma City today. Our hotel in Bricktown will be
a great spot to stroll around for a fun “Ladies Night
Out”. The area has many restaurants to choose from
including Mexican, BBQ, Italian and more! Overnight

DAY 3 | Mary Kay Museum/Waco (B, D)
Our journey continues south today with a stop in the
Dallas area to visit the Mary Kay Museum. Whether
or not you use Mary Kay, you have to admire this one
woman who created an empire in cosmetics! Learn
about her story during our visit. Then it’s on to Waco!
Our late afternoon arrival gives us time to check in and
head out to a fun dinner. Overnight (2)Waco, TX
DAY 4 | Waco Tour/Shopping (B)
It’s time to get acquainted with Waco and see many of
the sights we have grown to know from “Fixer Upper”.
See the Magnolia Silos, Harp Design, the Suspension
Bridge, Baylor University, Common Grounds, a few of
the Fixer Upper homes and more as we take a city
tour with a local guide! Now that you know the layout
of the town, it’s your time to explore. Hop the local
trolley and get shopping! Whether you are a browser
or a buyer, it will be sure to be fun. Shop at Magnolia
Market, The Finery, Spice Village, Wildland Supply
Co, Sironia, Covet Apparel, and more! Choose from
one of the many restaurants downtown for dinner with
your friends.

DAY 5 | Bedré Fine Chocolates/Marland Estate (B, L)
We are up early to head north today. Along the way
we stop for a visit to Bedré Chocolates. Learn how the
Chickasaw Nation turned a small chocolate company
into a nationally recognized luxury chocolate brand.
Enjoy a light tasty lunch at a local bistro. This afternoon
finds us at The Marland Estate. Our tour will tell us
about the Marland family, the industry that made the
estate possible and the “oil boom-town” that rose from
it all, Ponca City, OK. Overnight Ponca City, OK.
DAY 6 | Home (B)
Our “Ladies Only Getaway” comes to an end today.
Arrive home after a great time of shopping, laughter,
food, sights and refreshment!
