Walking the Walk<br />
Finding a weight-loss regimen that worked for her lifestyle was harder than she imagined. In<br />
between raising four kids and working full time, Cynthia Buentello had gained a little unwanted<br />
weight. Instead of the size five she was used to wearing, she was struggling to get into a size<br />
seven, and didn’t have enough energy to get through the day.<br />
“I was tired of being tired and assumed, with four kids, this is how it was going to be,” she says.<br />
So in August of 2012, Cynthia asked her best friend about her results with AdvoCare. After<br />
learning about the products, she ordered two 24-Day Challenges® for herself and her husband,<br />
Ronnie. Together, they focused on eating more whole grains, reducing their sodium intake and<br />
only drinking water throughout the day.<br />
“I no longer hear my kids saying, ‘Mommy is on a diet.’ Now I teach my kids how to live a healthy<br />
life,” Cynthia explains.<br />

Once the Buentellos completed their first Challenge, they loved how they felt so they continued<br />
following the Daily Guide and making meals at home six days a week, using Sunday as a day to<br />
eat out. Cynthia also continued taking MNS® 3 and added Catalyst to support her new workout<br />
plan, which included a weekly boot camp.<br />
Six months later, Cynthia had gone from 155 pounds to 130 pounds. That was all she needed to<br />
stop weighing herself — now it was more about how she felt rather than what the scale said.<br />
Throughout the next four years, she consistently showed up to her boot camp class, gradually<br />
increasing her visits each year and was able to lose 10 more pounds. For <strong>2017</strong>, she set a goal to<br />
go five days a week.<br />
“I went from barely being able to run a mile or do a regular pushup to running my first half<br />
marathon and completing 20 pushups,” she says.<br />
But for Cynthia, her results mean more than just what she sees in the mirror. “The ability to say,<br />
‘That pizza or ice cream is not worth it right now,’ has been life changing for me.”<br />
