lyndall Bensley resides on the Far North Coast of NSW, after taking up pottery in 2009. Self taught, she
joined a local pottery group to have contact with like-minded artists, and exhibited her first work in their
biannual 2010 exhibition. l yndall was invited by the director of the Ballina Art Gallery to exhibit with
three other artists in 2013, testing the waters with her lifelike sculptures of underwater marine life.
The recent solo exhibition at Noosa Regional Gallery, Expressions of Love II, in which Kim
Schoenberger exhibited her new work, will travel to Gallery 159, The Gap, Brisbane, from 14 to 28
September 20 14. Using hundreds of recycled tea bags and artworks adorned with polished Southern
Ice porcelain, Kim's exhibition explores the connection between mother and daughter, and grandmother
and granddaughter, presenting a rationale of generational sisterhood forged through shared experience.

In May 2014, 19KAREN contemporary artspace exhibited the work of 20 Australian and international
artists at the Sofitel Hotel, Broadbeach, Gold Coast, for the Tribute to Michael Jackson's 70 Best
Film Clips. Terri lew, gallery director of 19KAREN, has embraced ceramics, inviting ceramicists
Shirley Battrick, Michaela Kloeckner, leisa Russell, Midge Johansen and Megan Puis into her stable of
emerging Australian and International artists being displayed in her superior space on the Gold Coast;
