Ten Coin Standing Liberty Quarter Set
22461 $199.95
These coins were struck by the U.S. Mint from 1916 to 1930 in .900 silver. The original
design of the coin was the subject of some controversy. The design was modified in
1917 to cover Liberty’s exposed breast, and the reverse received a new arrangement
of the stars, with the eagle moved higher. In 1925 the design was altered again when a
depression was made in the pedestal on which Liberty stands and that bears the date.
Ten Coin Kennedy Half Dollar Set
23465 $14.95
The Kennedy half dollar, first minted in 1964, is the only fifty cent coin issued by the
United States Mint. Intended as a memorial to the assassinated President John F.
Kennedy, it was authorized by Congress just over a month after his death. Despite
the fact that these coins are still being struck, their circulation is extremely limited.
Ten Coin Franklin Half Dollar Set
22460 $199.95
This coin was the last half dollar minted in .900 pure silver during its entire run from 1948-
1963. It’s the first circulating coin to feature a real person other than a U.S. President—
Founding Father Benjamin Franklin. The reverse features the Liberty Bell. This Franklin half
dollar was short-lived and disappeared to make way for the 1964 Kennedy Half Dollar.
Ten Coin Liberty Walking Half Dollar Set
22458 $219.95
One of America’s most beautiful and most sought-after coins. Adolph Weinman’s “Liberty
Walking” was issued from 1916-1947 and has been out of circulation for 60 years! The
design features a full-length figure of Liberty, progressing in full stride toward the dawn
of a new day, carrying branches of laurel and oak, symbolical of civil and military glory.
Ten Coin Barber Half Dollar Set
22459 $219.95
These coins were designed by Charles E. Barber, Chief Engraver at the U.S.
Mint from 1879-1917 and minted from 1892-1915. Also known as Liberty Head
Half Dollars, all Barber Coinage saw very heavy and long term use in daily commerce
and consequentially, most surviving examples are heavily worn.
