ONE OF THE SIGNIFICANT ACHIEVEMENTS IN UZTEX GROUP HISTORY OF
SUCCESS IS THE LAUNCHING KATQAL’A-TEKS FACTORY MANUFACTURING
HOSIERY GOODS. THE FACTORY IS IN UZBEKISTAN, SHAVAT DISTRICT,
KHORAZM REGION. START OF PRODUCTION WAS IN 2017. THE NUMBER OF
STAFF MEMBERS IS 700 PEOPLE.
The factory products are designed
not only for the domestic market, but
they are also exported to European
countries, East and West Asia, the
USA, CIS.
The history of the company began
in 2015, when the leaders of two
corporations — Lonati Group and
UZTEX GROUP — signed a contract on
procurement of more than 2,000 new
automated machines.

AND HOSIERY GOODS.
THE COMPANY PRODUCES
APPROXIMATELY 8 THOUSAND
MACHINES FOR TEXTILE
INDUSTRY PER YEAR.

This textile factory is unique
due to the fact that there are more
than 2 thousand units of the basic
equipment, the uniqueness of the
factory is in automated tailored
toe, that is, a sock from the very
beginning to the end is produced
without any stitches. The volume
of production can be already
anticipated, 140 million pairs per
year are going to be manufactured.
Daily productivity of equipment is
400 thousand pairs per day.
The first delivery of equipment
consisted of 1,024 units of technology.
According to Lonati company
representative, procurement for
UZTEX GROUP is the biggest order in
a 60-year period in the history of the
Italian factory.
In production sphere equipment
plays a significant role. Of course,
to become a leader on the market
is not easy, a specific tactics of
behavior, marketing researches,
modern methods of promotion are
required. However, if a product is of
perfect quality, it will sell itself. The
impeccable quality can be achieved
with the help of first-rate equipment.
This is the most important and
paramount aspect. Following it, like
“bricks” used in building, there are
other components of a successful
company.
