Ideal weekend ―
when you think about
home and relatives,
because at work all
OK.
I would like to learn a
lot more, because the
century live ― learn.
Choosing from all the
people in the world,
I would invite for
lunch to my mom and
dad.
As a child, I was an active child: with
friends we constantly played all sorts of
active games such as hide-and-seek or
Kazakhs-robbers.
In school, I studied well and was
fond of, oddly enough, basketball. Even
has achieved some success in this field.

After graduation she decided to
enter Tashkent Polytechnic Institute, to
«Аccounting in Construction». As now I
remember that when I entered the institute,
I forgot to take the examination sheet for
the last exam, and had to go home in one
hour and back to the institute! What you
should have experienced during this time,
you do not imagine.
I became an HR manager unexpectedly
for myself. I can say that I did not find a
job, but the job found me. After some time I
realized it was mine! I can not explain why I
love my job. I just love it, that’s all.
As in life, everything happens at work:
it’s sad when I can not convince an
employee to stay, and sometimes good at
heart, when all work is done correctly and
in the department of order. I like to spend
weekends with my family with an easy
heart.
I have been in UZTEX for five years. I
am very proud of our company. The main
achievements are, firstly, the creation of the
UZTEX GROUP itself, and secondly, that at
the head of the company are such sensitive
and literate people, like our founders and
leaders.
