It is a known fact, that the staff<br />

member’s loyalty is a response to<br />

the managers’ understanding of his<br />

needs. It is important for a worker to<br />

realize that his wishes are taken into<br />

consideration. Recall the phrase from<br />

the film “Still alive until Monday”:<br />

“Happiness is when you are being<br />

understood”.<br />

on a worker’s commitment, his<br />
