COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LAWYER - WYE VALLEY
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience but this is a guideline and
we will consider candidates with more or less experience. The work is varied
and the successful candidate will hit the ground running with an existing
caseload comprising commercial sales and purchases, landlord and tenant and
development work.
The role will be varied and interesting and the applicant should be confident
to run their own case load, have excellent communication skills, attention to
detail and the personality and drive to be successful with business development
as a key member of the wider property team.
RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY LAWYER - FOREST OF DEAN
You will need a minimum of 2 years PQE and a background in a full range of
residential property conveyancing with proven fee earning, team management
and client development skills. You will be responsible for the day-to-day
management of the team, provide support and develop to its members and
ensure that key targets are met.
You will be advising clients on residential sales and purchases of freehold and
leasehold properties, mortgages, transfers and shared ownership of
registered and unregistered land.
