The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience but this is a guideline and<br />

we will consider candidates with more or less experience. The work is varied<br />

and the successful candidate will hit the ground running with an existing<br />

caseload comprising commercial sales and purchases, landlord and tenant and<br />

development work.<br />

The role will be varied and interesting and the applicant should be confident<br />

to run their own case load, have excellent communication skills, attention to<br />

detail and the personality and drive to be successful with business development<br />

as a key member of the wider property team.<br />

RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY LAWYER - FOREST OF DEAN<br />

You will need a minimum of 2 years PQE and a background in a full range of<br />

residential property conveyancing with proven fee earning, team management<br />

and client development skills. You will be responsible for the day-to-day<br />

management of the team, provide support and develop to its members and<br />

ensure that key targets are met.<br />

You will be advising clients on residential sales and purchases of freehold and<br />

leasehold properties, mortgages, transfers and shared ownership of<br />

registered and unregistered land.<br />
