off with a bang…<br />

The Negroni is a classic Italian drink.<br />

Made with Campari, a bitter-sweet red<br />

liqueur that’s been around since the<br />

1860s. It is considered an apéritif, so it<br />

is a great drink to have before a meal.<br />

Method<br />

Ingredients<br />

• 1 oz Campari<br />

• 1 oz Gin 1 oz<br />

• Sweet vermouth (Martini & Rossi<br />

Rosso or Cinzano Rosso)<br />

1. Add all of the ingredients to an Old<br />

Fashioned glass and fill with ice.<br />

2. Stir until cold, and garnish with an<br />

orange half-wheel.<br />

With a twist...<br />

BY THE ANGRY WAITER<br />

Make this a Tegroni by switching the Gin<br />

to 1 oz Blanco tequila and garnish with a<br />

grapefruit twist.<br />
