The 59-year-old man Choi faces six charges related to brokering the sale of missile componentry and expertise and attempting to transfer coal from North Korea to Indonesia and Vietnam. Mr Choi did not apply for bail which was formally refused by Acting Magistrate Carl Milovanovich at Parramatta Court.
