Emergency contact and health information will be collected<br />
electronically through an email invitation received after<br />
registration has been completed.<br />

MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION<br />
A Y membership is not required to register for camp.<br />
Membership is required at the time of registration to<br />
receive the lower weekly camp rate. No changes will be<br />
made if a membership has been started after the camp<br />
registration has been processed.<br />
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE<br />
The Y is a non-profit charitable organization that<br />
strengthens the foundations of our community. Thanks<br />
to donations to the Y’s Annual <strong>Camp</strong>aign, we can offer<br />
financial assistance to those unable to pay the standard<br />
fees. Y memberships and programs are available to all. If<br />
you are interested in sending your child to camp, but are<br />
experiencing a financial situation that makes full payment<br />
difficult, you are invited to apply for our financial<br />
assistance program. Requests are confidential.<br />
DEPOSIT<br />
<strong>Camp</strong> deposits are due at the time of registration.<br />
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and are<br />
subtracted from your weekly rate. Member: $25 per child<br />
per week. Non-member: $50 per child per week.<br />
SIBLING DISCOUNTS<br />
Families with two or more children signing up for the<br />
same camp week receive 10% off the lowest weekly fee<br />
(restrictions apply). Discount can only be applied during<br />
onsite registration. Discount is not able to be combined<br />
with financial assistance and/or staff discounts.<br />
CAMP PAYMENT<br />
Payments must be made through weekly automated<br />
draft or in-full at time of registration. <strong>Camp</strong> payments<br />
are processed two Sundays prior to the camp start date.<br />
<strong>Camp</strong> payments are not able to be split between two or<br />
more payers.<br />
FEES FOR CANCELLATION, CHANGES,<br />
OR LATE REGISTRATION<br />
No refunds are available after the start of a camp week.<br />
Any camp cancellations less than one week prior to the<br />
camp start date will result in a $50 cancellation fee. Any<br />
camp registration submitted after the Wednesday before<br />
camp will result in an additional $50 late registration<br />
fee. Any camp registration change made after the initial<br />
registration will result in a $25 change fee.<br />
LATE PICK UP FEE<br />
The camp day ends at 6 pm. If you are going to be<br />
late picking up your child, please arrange to have an<br />
authorized pick-up person arrive by 6 pm or call the Y<br />
to inform staff. A late fee of $5 for pick-up one to five<br />
minutes past program end time, and $1 per minute<br />
thereafter will be charged.<br />
