When to Keep the Face
-Free
Shadows do not work well on faces when the imag:
tiny. Use tone on clothing, hair, shoes, and other mamnr
colored areas. I limited the figures on this page to
that look better without shadows on their faces.
Standard Long Shot
This figure is approx. 3 E
or 1 1/8" to 1 1/2" tall. A

Bust Shot
The head (including hair) measures at
approx.3 cm. (1 1/8"). Shadows may
be added to the body.
Full Figure:
Medium
(Fig. height approx.
10 to 12 cm or

Add shadows to
the skift, etc.
Long Shot Large
Here, the figure is approx. 6 to 7 cm
or 2 318" lo 2 314" tall. For this size,
I opted to render her "red" bangs
using solid black in lieu of tone.
