As I reflect on my tenure with the Turks & Caicos Real
Estate Association (TCREA), my heart is warmed by the
deep, positive impact our association has had on the development,
viability and profile of these, our islands, that remain
beautiful by nature.
Working in collaboration with other highly skilled industry
professionals, key stakeholders and allied partners, we have
created an environment where our common aspiration of First
World status is in play as we honour our fiduciary responsibility
with a standard of excellence and care that is unparalleled!
As you thumb through these pages you will experience,
first-hand, the standard of care that I speak of as our real
estate professionals put their best foot forward to ensure that
you, our readers, get the first glimpse of what your perfect
