Wednesday I took Devorah out
early to Little Silver (Don’tcha just
love these New Jersey towns?) to
see the orthopedist, Dr. Stankowitz
(no laughing.) (ok, a little
laughing.) (“My father was from
Shtinkenbroin…”) who took x-
rays and said that B”H Dvo’s arm
is not broken, nor is it re-broken
from three years ago, but it seems
to be some sort of muscular thing
like tendonitis… so, she’s skipping
piano lessons for two weeks, taking
Aleve and sleeping with a
wrist brace… we’ll see!
I gotta finish this up cuz any minute
BJ, Mikey and the wonderful
wizard of Oz are arriving for dinner
and a sleep
over – yay!
