he weather in Los Angeles
has been delightful.
As usual.
Every single day.
And it is even nicer, now that
Tatty is finally home!
But, we are getting ahead of ourselves…
Last Thursday night, after Rabbi
Smith’s shiur, Debbie and Judy
Hantman stayed on a bit to look
at (what else?) digital pictures of
the event.
Coast To Coast Kramers:
Mommy’s Report:
One of their guests, Rebecca,
stayed late also, and was delighted
to recognize the picture of Kayla
on our front hall table.
It seems that she was on the Zaret
“Ashreinu/JAM” Kiruv trip to
Israel this past summer, and had a
very memorable (and apparently
impactful) Shabbos meal with JJ
and Kayla!
Sleeping off last week’s KOL
KRAMERS all-nighter was a
breeze on Friday, since Mommy
was spending Shabbos eating AND
sleeping at Judy and David Leonard’s!
On Shabbos day, we were joined
by Nochum and Harriet Wisnicki,
empty nesting, but bearing
up well. Nochum gets top KK
bekius points, by praising JJ’s
Dvar Torah, and pointing out that
JJ had succeeded in distilling the
essence of a 6 page Ohr Gedalyahu
essay on the parsha. Nochum
then proceeded to Jerusalem Diaries
where his eagle eye instantly
found the name of the Wisnicki’s
son, Yosef!
After Shabbos the Kramer Screen-
ing Room hosted a companion to
the concurrent Shalom
“INSPIRED” Melave Malka.

Among the “Ushpizin” were the
Leonards, Sachs’, Wisnickis,
Altschulers, and Chumie and
YM’s Savta Beck!
